really good hotel experience!

quiet roomfree passvaried breakfast

i stayed for three nights and found the room really clean and quiet. the free public transport pass was a great bonus. the breakfast buffet offered abundant choices and high-quality food, i enjoyed it so much.

The selection of tv channels was limited, mostly showing german cable tv. I would have enjoyed access to netflix or hdmi connection.

The breakfast offered many options. I tried gluten-free bread. a coffee machine provides complimentary drinks around the clock. the breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. I am so thankful for their amazing attitude.

The rooms are well-kept, and cleaning occurs daily. beds are comfortable. the air conditioning worked perfectly. This is something i value. despite facing the railway on the sixth floor, the room remained quiet.

the hotel is one tram stop away from the main rail station. a free transportation pass is provided, very helpful. it is just a short walk to the tram stop. i could reach the city center easily.

The breakfast had everything I needed , though it didn't change much every day. The room was spacious enough and quiet. The reception accepted to keep our luggage on the last day given that we would leave late.

The bathroom door didn't close properly. The duvet cover had a large stain and a hole. I usually expect better from Ibis Styles.

the free public transportation pass was very useful for exploring. (i made good use of it!)

the room lacked sound insulation, so i could hear trains passing by on the nearby tracks. it was noticeable both day and night, which did disturb my sleep a bit.

Excellent Stay in a Quiet Location

The breakfast included varied options. The hotel staff was polite and helpful . They accommodated a request to switch the breakfast to an earlier day because of a very early flight. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood was also beneficial, being a short walk from the train station. The free transit pass provided by the hotel was a nice addition.

The lack of sound insulation in the room meant I could hear trains passing nearby.

The room was sufficiently spacious and quiet. A baby cot was available for my son, complete with sheets, a blanket, and a pillow. The hotel kindly kept our luggage on the last day as we left late. This was very convenient.

Breakfast service was excellent. The coffee corner was accessible throughout the day. The hotel provided a free transit pass, facilitating easy travel to the city center. The tap water in the bathroom is drinkable. This allows for easy refilling of water bottles.
